This year’s event will be filled to the brim with fall-themed activities. Visitors are invited to participate in a scarecrow contest ($10 registration fee, call 732-460-1167ext. 24 for more information), an “Amazing Maize Maze,” and a doggie costume contest ($15 registration fee); call (732) 975-9735).  Sponsored by the Friends of the Parks, the “Strut Your Mutt” doggie costume contest will be held in the off-leash dog area.  Other activities for the day include pumpkin painting, games and races, wagon rides, an arts and craft sale, climbing wall, free entertainment, food, and more.  Admission and parking are free.
