Camp Correspondents
(entering grades 4-6)
This just in: your child can learn the basics of good news reporting. Campers will learn to gather news, check facts, craft a lead and write a cohesive story. We'll visit the other camps at the park to report on their activities and produce our own paper at the end of the week. We may take a field trip to see how the pros work. We'll also have some pool time and a healthy dose of games.
