Roller Derby Fit


Derby Fit is an exciting, total-body workout for skaters of all levels. The workout is derived from actual roller derby skills and drills. A typical Derby Fit class starts out with some off-skates dynamic warm ups and strength building exercises. After about 30 minutes, we'll gear-up for on-skates portion. All drills are non-contact with emphasis on the fundamentals of skating and building balance, agility, speed and endurance. No derby experience? No problem. All you need is the ability to get around on your skates, without holding on to anything. Already a derby skater? Join us to get stronger, improve your skating and make some new friends! Five weeks of Derby Fit and you'll build strength and endurance, get fit and have a great time doing it!
