Yoga is suitable for everyone, from the absolute beginner to a more seasoned yogi. Come and discover the many benefits of yoga with Nationally Certified Yoga instructor, Mary Jane Kasliner. Experience the blissful combination of simple breath control, meditation, and specific body postures and create a sense of peace, harmony and clarity of mind that will get you through your work week. All levels are welcome. Please bring a yoga mat, towel and water.
