Forest Bathing

Go to a forest. Walk slowly. Breathe. Open all your senses. This is the healing way of forest bathing, known as Shinrin-Yoku, which originated in Japan in the 1980s and has become a cornerstone of preventive health care and healing in Japanese medicine. Join us for a gentle walk in the woods. We'll engage in mindfulness meditation, the practice of silence to enhance the senses and inner reflection, and share a cup of tea as we end our time together.
