NEW! Ravioli


A simple one word menu item that is endless in its creation. You will make the dough then fill, fold, and cook with the fillings provided: Cheeses – ricotta and mozzarella; Meats – sausage and short rib; Seafood - shrimp and crab; Herbs – basil and parsley. You create you own combination! Then we will make the sauces: tomato, puttanesca, butter and herbs and olive oil and garlic. Again, you combine them any way you like and then we will feast on our work! Please bring a knife and apron to this hands-on class. Chef: Peter De Celie.
