Teenage years consist of constant physical, mental, and emotional change. Combine these changes with class work, the pressure to fit in, and a hectic schedule and you can easily find yourself feeling tired, anxious, and stressed. Tap into the power of yoga for mind, body, and spiritual growth to facilitate acceptance of these life changes and grounding. Yoga postures and philosophy will be introduced in a fun, safe, and non-competitive space. Creative energies will flow, self-awareness will grow, and bodies and minds will feel a deep sense of inner calm.
