Letter to Parents - 2023 

Invites and update reminders from ePACT have been emailed to the email address provided during registration. Please look for them and contact us if you have not received yours.  

Our forms are now available on ePACT Network, please watch for an email invite from Monmouth County Park System via ePACT Network to create your account.

If you do not receive an email from the ePACT network, please check your SPAM folder. If it has not gone to your SPAM folder, please contact us to ensure we have your proper email address. If you attended camp with us last year and you have an account, please watch for an email to review and update your account information.

Camp information, as well as special accommodations forms (if needed), must be completed and returned prior to attending camp. Special accommodations forms can be found below. If you have questions regarding camp forms, call 732-842-4000, ext. 4312.

If you signed up children in addition to your own for camp, please make sure the parents/guardians of the other children contact us so we can send them an invite to ePACT to create their account and fill out their camper’s information.

When completing information on your ePACT account, it is only necessary to fill out the fields marked with an asterisk*.  Be sure to complete all of the required information under each tab and upload any special accommodations forms you may have.

The links below will assist you in how to use ePACT and how to download the Family App.   


Camp forms will be completed on the ePACT Network and submitted to us.  This includes the following information:   

  1.  Participant/Pick-up Authorization Information

  2.  Assumption of Risk/Release Form

  3.  Participant Health & Accommodations Information

  4. Behavior Management Policy

In the event your child requires special accommodations, has a food allergy or requires medications be taken during camp, these additional forms must be completed and uploaded to your ePACT account in the Shared File section (please note that these forms do not apply to Therapeutic Recreation Camps):  

*The Medication Authorization form must be completed and submitted along with the Allergy Action Plan and School Action Plan Forms.

Please note that these forms are PDFs and require Adobe Reader to open.

If these forms are not completed your child may not be allowed to participate in camp. You only need to complete one set of these forms regardless of the number of camps your child is registered for.

 Camp Information Sheets/Schedules

Many of our camps have specific policies, what-to-bring lists, schedules, and drop-off/pick up information to help you prepare for your child's camp visit.

Youth Horseback Riding Camps
  • 30-45 calendar days’ notice: A full refund will be issued with at least 30 to 45 calendar days advance notice, less a $25 processing fee and any non-recoverable expenses (pre-paid meals, lodging, tickets, etc.)
  • 14 to 29 calendar days’ notice: 50% refund with 14 to 29 calendar days advance notice, less a $25 processing fee and any non-recoverable expenses.
  • 13 calendar days or less notice: no refund within 13 calendar days of the start of the camp.
  • Contact reservations at 732-842-4000, ext. 1 with refund requests.
