What is FootGolf?

FootGolf is a unique sport that combines elements of both soccer and golf. Laid out on a traditional golf course, players take aim at a large 21-inch cup, trying to make par. It takes approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes to complete a 9-hole course. FootGolf scorecards allow players to track their scores. The Monmouth County Park System has two FootGolf courses. A 9-hole course is located at Bel-Aire Golf Course in Wall and an 18-hole course is available at Pine Brook Golf Course in Manalapan. Play is available daily at both golf courses after 12 p.m.   Weather-permitting, Bel-Aire Golf Course remains open year-round.

The rate to play Bel-Aire’s 9-hole course is as follows:

  • Ages 12 and under: $7
  • Ages 13 and older: $10

The rate to play Pine Brook’s 18-hole course is as follows:

  • Ages 12 and under: $9
  • Ages 13 and older: $12

Players are invited to bring their own ball or rent one (Official FIFA #5) for $2.50 at either course.  Those under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a paid adult.

Guardian Permits are now available for non-playing adults to accompany junior golfers/foot golfers under the age of 12 onto the Monmouth County Park System Executive Golf Course Facilities at Bel-Aire and Pine Brook Golf Courses. There are no fees for Guardian Permits and they must be completed in the Golf Center on the day of play for every visit.
 

FootGolf Outings & Birthday Parties

The Park System also offers FootGolf Outings and Birthday Parties at both courses.  The cost is $10 per person at Bel-Aire’s 9-hole course and $12 per person at Pine Brook’s 18-hole course.  The fee includes ball rentals, tee time reservations, and the use of the golf center activity room.
