We are seeking dependable and passionate sailors to teach sailing lessons and supervise sailboat rentals. Our fleet is comprised of American (15 ft. with main sail and jib) and Laser Pico (12 ft. with main sail only) sailboats. A hands-on sailing evaluation is required for all applicants.

Hours: June-September; flexible schedule 

Pay: Depending on experience

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must possess basic swimming skills and be comfortable in water
• Ability to teach children and adults in an effective manner
• Good communication and decision-making skills
• U.S. Sailing Level 1 Certification preferred
• Boating License is a plus
