Dear Parents-

Monmouth County Park System Staff is eagerly anticipating welcoming your child to camp this summer! I want to inform you of a change with our camp forms for this upcoming season. I am pleased to announce we will be using ePact Network, a secure, HIPPA compliant, digital, contactless health and safety software which allows us to collect health, medical, and contact information. ePact Network is the National Recreation and Park Association’s exclusive health and emergency technology partner for recreation agencies in the U.S.

The benefits of using ePact are:

• Streamlines the camp form process - once you setup your free account, you will only need to complete your child’s information once. We are notified of any updates you make to the account.
• ePact is private and secure. The health and emergency information you share is limited to the staff that needs access to ensure your child’s safety during camp.
• ePact provides us with multiple tools to communicate with you in the event of an illness, injury, or an emergency.
• ePact will save you time and eliminate high touch processes by using contactless methods during the check in/check out and health screening procedures.
• ePact ensures that we can access the information you shared with us anytime and anywhere with the mobile APP.

How it works? 

• You will receive an email invite from Monmouth County Park System via ePACT Network to share information with the Monmouth County Park System.
• You will click “complete request’ to create a free account.
• Enter the required information and share it with the Monmouth County Park System so that camp staff has access.

I realize some parents were diligent and already completed and returned your camp forms. We appreciate you doing this in a timely manner, however; we would like you to also create an account on ePact so you can share in the same benefits as other camp families.
