Rental of the whole building can accommodate up to 99 people max. Whole building rental for four hours is $775 for county residents and $1,025 for non-residents.

Tatum Park Holland Activity Center Courtyard - Special Use
The courtyard outside the Holland Activity Center is available on weekends and can accommodate up to 150 people. The cost per four hours is $455 for county residents and $550 for non-residents. Eight hour blocks are available for $550 for county residents and $635 for non-residents. The courtyard rental can be combined with the whole building rental of the Holland Activity Center for the cost of $1,735 for county residents and $2,535 for non-residents, making it perfect site for your wedding.
