1890s Tradesman

(entering grades 4-7)

Growing up in the 19th century, young farm boys would be expected to learn a trade such as blacksmithing or carpentry. Participants will have two days in our blacksmith shop and two days in our workshop learning about the skills and tools of the trades, as well as some time exploring other aspects of farm life.
