Cool Runners Fitness for Women: Training for Your First 5k

Have you always wanted to start running but don't know where to begin? Maybe it's been a couple of years since you have laced up your running shoes? Or maybe you haven't run since middle school gym class? No sweat, we have the program for you! Designed for beginners, this easy to follow women's only program is taught in a relaxed, positive and supportive environment. Over the course of six weeks, participants will learn proper running fundamentals including technique, form and nutrition, all while building up to a 5k. Our experienced running coach will guide you through the scenic trails as we explore the beautiful and extensive terrain. Please be sure to bring comfortable running sneakers and water. Please Note: Participants will be running over varied surfaces including grass, wooded areas, gravel and dirt. All running levels welcome.
