Flower Macro Photography


Discover how to photograph the intricacies of the flowers and botanicals at Deep Cut Gardens. Nationally recognized photographer, Michael S. Miller of Visions Photographic Workshops will spend the morning discussing tools, techniques and the recipes for successful Macro photos. Topics that will be presented and practiced are focus stacking, depth of field, f-stops, assessing light, shaping light and how light and selective focus effects the overall mood of macro photograph. After lunch, you will have the opportunity to put these skills into practice with Michael’s guidance and instruction. A Digital SLR or Mirrorless Camera System with a Macro Lens is required.
