(ages 7-10)

Sometimes the trick to getting your kids to eat healthier is to have them cook it themselves. Something about being part of the process can make children that much more interested and excited in trying something new. From breakfast, lunch or dinner to appetizers, snacks and desserts, kids will create a variety of simple to make, delicious vegetarian options for the whole family. Kitchen safety, kitchen skills and healthy eating habits will also be on the menu. Please bring an apron to class if you have one.
