Mindful Walk and Yoga

Follow with more relaxing yoga led by instructor Barbara Sager, 1200-hour Certified Yoga Therapist, registered with International Association of Yoga Therapists. Explore the benefits to mind and body through meditation, exercise, and connecting with nature. Register for just one session or all three. Please wear closed toe footwear for walk and bring a yoga mat and blanket or towel.
