We are seeking a skilled Audio & Lighting Technician/Designer to support our performing arts programs. This seasonal, per diem role offers a flexible schedule aligned with pre-set rehearsal and performance dates.
Location: Thompson Park Theater Barn, Lincroft
Pay: Per Diem (depends on experience)
Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and strike audio and lighting for performances and events
- Collaborate with staff and artists to ensure smooth execution
- Assist with basic sound and lighting design
- Troubleshoot technical issues in real time
- Maintain equipment and uphold safe practices
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and solution-focused
- Ability to adapt quickly in live event settings
- Some experience with audio and lighting in performance environments
