This site was acquired from the Fort Monmouth Economic Revitalization Authority (FMERA) and includes the Fort Monmouth Recreation Center - a 21,000 square foot building that is the Park System's first ever indoor recreation facility. Perfect for an array of programs including arts & crafts, sports, exercise classes, and special events, the Rec Center offers a wide variety of amenities including classrooms, gymnasium, and a game room.

Drop-In Rates
Open gym time fees: $5 per person per visit or $30 per monthly pass. With the monthly pass, you are entitled to come as often as you like during that month. Your color coded card can be picked up at the Rec Center. These cards are valid for any open gym time, including Men’s Open Gym Basketball, Co-ed Open Basketball 20 & Up and Teen Open Basketball. Open Gym
Stop by to have fun in our climate controlled, indoor gymnasium! We’ll have play equipment available as well as the table games in our lobby. Ages 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times. The cost is $5 per person per day, or purchase a monthly pass for $30. See schedule above.

Men's Open Gym Basketball
From 8-10 a.m. on Sundays
When you’re looking for a place to shoot hoops where weather is not a factor, our climate controlled gymnasium is available. The cost is $5 per person per day; cash or check only.

Coffee Club Mahjong     
Tuesdays, January 19-March 1 9:30-11 a.m.
Tuesdays, March 8-April 19 f

Shuffle your tiles and build your walls as you play this ancient, fast-paced Asian game. Both American rules and Chinese rules will be followed. All levels welcome. The cost is $4 per person per day; cash or check only.

Teen Open Basketball    
Wednesdays, March 3-May 25 from 3-4:30 p.m.     
If you love the game and want a place to play or practice, drop-in and enjoy our climate controlled courts. Teens (under 17 with adult) are welcome to shoot hoops every Wednesday afternoons. The cost is $5 per person per session; cash or check only.  

Co-Ed Open Basketball - 20 & up       
Thursdays, February 25-April 14 from 8-10 p.m.  
Thursdays, April 21-June 9 from 8-10 p.m.  
Mondays, February 22-April 11 from 7-9 p.m.   
Mondays, April 18-June 13 from 7-9 p.m.  - No class 5/30  
Looking for a place to play some hoops but don’t want the commitment of a structured league? This basketball program is open to men and women age 20 and over. Emphasis of this program is exercise and fun. Prefer to just drop in? Pay $5 per person, cash or check only, to drop by for one session.


Route 35 North or South to light at Tinton Avenue, Eatontown. Take Tinton Avenue west to the light at Hope Road. Turn left on Hope Road, continue 2/10ths of a mile, and turn right at the traffic light onto Corregidor Road. Entrance is on the left.


From Parkway North or South, Exit 105. Follow exit to traffic light, and take jughandle right onto Hope Rd. Go straight through light, crossing over Route 36. Follow Hope Rd for about a half mile, past the light at Pinebrook Rd. and over RR tracks. Turn left at the next traffic light onto Corregidor Road. Entrance is on left.
