This site was acquired from the Fort Monmouth Economic Revitalization Authority (FMERA) and includes the Fort Monmouth Recreation Center - a 21,000 square foot building that is the Park System's first ever indoor recreation facility. Perfect for an array of programs including arts & crafts, sports, exercise classes, and special events, the Rec Center offers a wide variety of amenities including classrooms, gymnasium, and a game room.

Drop-In Rates
Open Gym & Pickleball fees: $5 per person per visit or $40 for 10 visits with our Fort Monmouth Activity Pass. Cash, check or credit card accepted. Your Activity Pass can be purchased at the Fort Monmouth Recreation Center. These passes are valid for any open gym time. For more information, please call the Rec Center at 848-456-4278, ext. 1#, 3# or 4#.
Open Gym
Play basketball in our climate controlled, indoor gymnasium! Our lobby table games including air hockey and ping pong will be available as well. Ages 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times. The cost is $5 per person per day. Cash, check or credit card accepted. See schedule.
Pickleball Open Play
Come play pickleball at the Fort! Pickleball courts are available for open doubles pickleball play (no instructor). Open to ages 16 & up. The cost is $5 per person per session; cash, check or credit card accepted. Maximum of 16 players when there are two courts available and 24 players when three courts are available. Sign in five minutes before Open Play time. See schedule. The Fort also offers outdoor courts for pickleball that are open seasonally (approximately April-October) and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

When you’re looking for a place to shoot hoops where weather is not a factor, our climate controlled gymnasium is available. The cost is $5 per person, per day. Cash, check or credit card accepted.
In accordance with New Jersey’s Smoke Free Air Act, all Monmouth County parks are tobacco free. The ban applies to cigarettes, pipes, cigars, e-cigarettes, and vaporize cigarettes, as well as smokeless tobacco such as snuff and chew.
Directions:
Route 35 North or South to light at Tinton Avenue, Eatontown. Take Tinton Avenue west to the light at Hope Road. Turn left on Hope Road, continue 2/10ths of a mile, and turn right at the traffic light onto Corregidor Road. Entrance is on the left.
From Parkway North or South, Exit 105. Follow exit to traffic light, and take jughandle right onto Hope Rd. Go straight through light, crossing over Route 36. Follow Hope Rd for about a half mile, past the light at Pinebrook Rd. and over RR tracks. Turn left at the next traffic light onto Corregidor Road. Entrance is on left.
