Seasonal Office Assistant – Operations Area



Under supervision performs routine office support involving the processing of documents in a timely manner, data entry, emails correspondence, documents and reports; and answering telephones. Performs other related duties as required.
Location: Thompson Park, Lincroft
Hours: 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m., Monday-Friday, (will consider summer intern, college student)
Pay: Starting at $13 per hour; depending on experience
Examples of Work:  
  • Maintains records and files
  • Receives, screens, reviews, and verifies documents for correctness and completeness; refers problems to lead worker or supervisor for resolution
  • Perform clerical work involved in record keeping
  • Ability to understand, remember and carry out oral and written directions
Knowledge and abilities:  
  • Ability to read, write, speak and communicate efficiently in English
  • Knowledge of computers, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Good organizational skills
  • Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision
