We are looking for people passionate about our local environment, able to work as part of a team, and communicate effectively with our visitors. Duties include leading group nature programs, boat tours, kayak tours, fishing programs, summer nature camps and more. Paid training provided.
Hours: 10-25 hours per week and may include evenings, weekends, and nights.
Pay: $16.10 per hour
Location: Manasquan Reservoir, Howell; Turkey Swamp Park, Freehold; Shark River Park, Wall and other parks as assigned
Requirements:
- Must be 19 years or older
- Must be willing to be out in all weather conditions and be able to move
heavy equipment like kayaks
- Must become comfortable with handling live
reptiles and amphibians
