Program Leader – Big Brook Park & Beyond


Come share your skills and enthusiasm! Program Leaders help facilitate pre-planned activities for groups of varying ages. Activities include crafts, field games, fossiling, camping, rock climbing, archery, fishing, biking, hiking, sports, special events, and more.

Location: Big Brook Park, Marlboro (locations vary)

Seasonal: May-October

Hours: 10-35 hours per week, may include evenings and weekends; depending on program availability and registration

Pay: Starting at $15.75 per hour; depending on experience

Requirements: Must be 19 years of age or older with a valid NJ driver’s license. Must be comfortable working outdoors. Must have the ability to work as part of a team with minimal supervision. Must have excellent communication skills with children and adults. Experience working with children is a plus. Must be able to lift and carry heavy equipment. Must have interest in/ or knowledge of activities offered. Training provided.
