Seasonal Recreation Leader - Public Info/Volunteers

Seeking an energetic, dependable, individual who enjoys working with volunteers and the public. Candidate must have excellent customer service skills, strong communication and leadership skills, and solid computer knowledge. Environmental or gardening experience helpful.
    • Provide customer service to potential and current volunteers.
    • Assist with the volunteer database and help volunteers with questions they may have.
    • Coordinate volunteer projects with Park System Staff.
    • Enjoy working with garden team volunteers at various Park System locations.
    • Coordinate clean-ups at Park System beaches and parks.
    • Be involved with volunteer training.
    • Assist with clerical projects as needed.
Location: Public Information/Volunteer Services Division at Thompson Park, 805 Newman Springs Road, Lincroft
Hours: Seasonal, flexible hours 18 – 28 hours per week
Pay: $13 per hour
