Reserved tee times should be canceled at least 12 hours prior to your tee time in order to avoid a “no-show” penalty and to free up the time for other golfers.
Our automated reservation system offers a quick and easy way to reserve, review, modify, or cancel advance tee times 24 hours a day/seven days a week
online. System Access: Access to the Tee Time reservation system is included with the purchase of a Golf Pass. Golf Passes may be purchased in person at a Monmouth County Park System golf course, which will be available for use immediately. Resident golf passes may also be purchased
online. Both resident and non-resident golf passes will continue to be available for purchase at all Golf Centers.
Advance Reservations: Available beginning at 8:00 p.m., seven days in advance.
For example: Tee Times for Saturday become available the preceding Saturday at 8 p.m. Unreserved tee times become available on the day of play as same-day reservations or walk-on times.
Walk-ons: Unreserved tee times are available on a first-come, first-served basis or as a same-day reservation. Each golf center maintains a first-come, first-served singles-list, and will assign tee times when an opening becomes available.
Non-Pass Holders: May make tee time reservations online, no more than two days in advance. A pre-paid and non-refundable reservation fee will be charged per golfer reserved at the time of booking.
Cancellations: Golfers must cancel 12 hours prior to their tee time using the tee time reservation system to avoid incurring a no-show penalty. The golf courses will not accept any cancellations.
No-Show Policy: No-show penalties occur when a golfer fails to honor a reservation made in their name through the Tee Time Reservation System. A “no-show” is anyone not canceling a reserved tee time online 12 hours prior to the tee time or failing to personally honor a reservation made in their name.
No-Show Penalties and Fees: Effective March 1, 2025, in the event of a single player or group (2 or more players) no-show, the golfer in whose name the reservation was made (the “Captain”) will be responsible for remitting payment of a no-show penalty (fee) amounting to full green fees for the number of players in the group, based on the Captain’s applicable rate on the date and time of the reservation. The Captain’s golf pass will be disabled from making online tee time reservations until the no-show fee is paid in full.
In the event a golf pass holder (Captain) incurs three (3) no-shows within a calendar year, the golf pass holder’s ability to access the tee time reservation system will be deactivated for the remainder of the calendar year. All outstanding fees must be remitted prior to the reactivation of the pass holder’s golf pass in the next calendar year.
Calling the golf center to cancel a reservation on the morning of play will not exempt the golfer from a no-show penalty unless inclement weather prevents play.
The Park System reserves the right to register any golfer in the vacated time(s).
A no-show appeal form can be obtained at each golf center or
online.
