Manasquan Reservoir Environmental Center Braille Trail

Manasquan Reservoir Braille Trail was recently awarded the New Jersey Recreation & Park Association's Your Excellence in Design Award.

The Manasquan Reservoir Environmental Center Braille Trail was developed to be inclusive for people of all abilities, with a main emphasis for those with visual impairments. A guide rope leads visitors along the trail and links to information panels that are designed to be readable by individuals with visual impairments. The panels feature braille translations of the English text and tactile elements.
